The Masechaba Foundation is an independent legal entity. The board, consisting of at least three individuals, is fully committed to supporting underprivileged children in the Bethlehem region, South Africa.

REMUNERATION POLICY
Board members receive no remuneration for their services. Overhead costs are 100% sponsored by board members themselves or sympathetic companies and individuals.
The Masechaba Foundation focuses entirely on supporting underprivileged children in the Bethlehem region, South Africa. The foundation operates independently and neutrally, with no consideration of origin, age, religion, or gender. We provide shelter, education, nutrition, medical care, and protection.
The tasks required to achieve this are carried out by volunteers and with the assistance of sponsors and donors. Together, we can truly positively impact the future of these orphaned children.
Masechaba Foundation – Objective:
The foundation aims to initiate, stimulate, organize, create, develop, promote, coordinate, support, finance, operate, and manage projects, facilities, and fundraising activities for the care, housing, education, and medical care of underprivileged children in South Africa.
